Visits Superintendent Pat Brown Dempsey and Dr. Fisher, the County Superintendent, will be on campus from 9:30 - 11:30 today.

From Julia Willis There seems to be a little confusion with the Thunderbird Tales board. This is my first year doing this and I've been winging it.
A new policy will go into effect as of the next Awards Assembly. To start, all work from December through the February Awards Assembly will be honored and announced at February's Awards Assembly. That day all work will be returned to the respective teachers.
All teachers will have until the second Friday following the Awards Assembly to turn in work to be considered for the March 2nd Awards Assembly.
A formal letter will be put in all teacher boxes. Reminders will go out each month with the due date for Thunderbird Tales consideration.
Sorry for all confusion and lack of organization this year. It can only get better!

 
STAR Assessment It's time again for classes to begin renewing STAR assessments for this quarter. Updated graphs will be posted. Please let the computer lab know in advance when you would like to have your class do the testing.

Cafeteria request If your children have mittens or gloves, have them remove them and put them in their pockets when they arrive for lunch. We are getting a lot of dropped trays.
