White Elephants - Do you have obsolete, broken or surplus property in your classroom? The District Warehouse will be scheduling a ONE TIME ONLY pick up between Nov. 12 and Dec. 15. To have your 'junk' included in this clearance pick up Inventory Status Change forms in the office. Two copies per item are required: One attached to the item; one to Barb in the office. Deadline to have forms in is October 31.

Federal Survey Cards - Today's the day to send home the annual Federal Survey Cards. These cards and the information they glean garner a significant funding source for our schools. Please do what you can to insure that every child in every class returns theirs.

I Want My Scholastic News!- Some of you have mentioned that you have yet to receive your classroom magazines. A list of subscriptions which have gone MIA will be compiled so that these delivery problems can be resolved. Please drop Barb an email if you have not yet gotten your class' set this year.

 
Pay Day - If you're planning on one, make certain that you've signed in for the month on the payroll attendance sheets.

5th and 6th Grade Teachers - If your class has taken part in the Elks essay contest, please have your submissions to the office by Tuesday as they will be picked up on Wednesday, October 1.

Federal Survey Cards - Wednesday, October 1st is the day that the annual Federal Survey Cards MUST go home. They'll be in your boxes Tuesday afternoon. Do NOT send them home until Wednesday.

Book-It Forms - October Book-It sheets are in the mail room. They're on the counter on the west wall (adjoins the Staff Lounge). Sheets are by grade level.
