Spell-a-thon - Anyone wanting to conduct a fundraising spell-a-thon should contact Julia Willis via the FFA mailbox. Spell-a-thons this year will be self-conducted. The FFA will still provide all materials however.

 
Quarterly Award Certificates Forms - A Word document for listing your students to receive quarterly awards is now available in the office or simply download it from the attachment in your email inbox.

 
Book-It - New certificates to accompany Book-It awards have arrived. They're half-sheet size now. Our supply is in the same cupboard where the report cards are located.

Coats for Kids - It's getting cold. The FFA will not be doing the 'Coats for Kids' this year, but if you have a child that can't afford a coat, leave Lozetta a note in the FFA box with the size and sex needed. The FFA will see that they get a jacket.

Quarterly Award Certificates - The form Lori used to collect Award Certificate information can't be located. Barb will construct a new one as soon as possible for your use. It will appear in your mailbox when it's completed. The sooner you get the information back to her, the sooner she can begin work on the certificates. The deadline for turn in is the same as the report card one - no later than Thursday, November 6. Please put an asterisk by any unusual spellings or names that differ from a student's official enrollment name.
