Mother's Day Surprise!


June Cooper, a kindergarten teacher at Onaga Elementary School, received a Mother's Day surprise Friday when her three daughters all came home to visit for the weekend, courtesy of husband and father Col. Geff Cooper, who is deployed in Iraq.

Class photos for staff will be arriving soon. They will be in the new and improved photo holder that the spring pictures were in as well.

 
Book Fair - The Book Fair will be open during Open House. Regular Book Fair hours are 8:30 - 3:30 Friday through Thursday, May 7 - May 13.

 
School Song - Copies of the school song were placed in your mailboxes. It will be helpful if the students learn the song by the next song-writing assembly (Wednesday, May 12) so it can be recorded on a CD.
